Restore the Factory Default Setting will DELETE all configuration information of the device. Please backup or print out all the settings before you approach to following steps. MyPhoneCall and the manufacturers will not take any responsibility if you lose all the parameters of setting and cannot connect to your service provider.

Aastra

Use the web interface to reset the phone to factory defaults

Atcom

AT320-PD
Unplug the network cables and the power cable and wait for 10 seconds
Press the * key on the phone
Plug the power back in while still pressing the * key - you will see a * and two bars
Press #5*5 to reset it and reboot it.
Now all your system settings have been restored, except the IP configuration.
The Phone is setup with a default static IP Address of 192.168.1.100.
Put the phone onto a network in this IP address range
or
Press the LOCIP to display the current IP address - if it is 0.0.0.0 then the phone is configured to use DHCP and can be connected to the network otherwise press the Speaker button+12341+LOClIP button in that sequence - this will set the phone to use DHCP and automatically reboot.

Cisco

Grandstream

BudgeTone, GXP-2000 and GXV-3000
Step 1: Find the MAC address of the device. It is a 12 digits HEX number located on the bottom of the unit.

Step 2: Encode the MAC address. Please use the following mapping:
0-9: 0-9
A: 22 (when pressed 2 twice, the “A” letter will show on the LCD)
B: 222
C: 2222
D: 33
E: 333
F: 3333
For example, if the MAC address is 000b8200e395, it should be encoded as “0002228200333395”.
Step 3: To perform factory reset:
For earlier firmware versions
a. Press the MENU button for Key Pad Menu options.
b. Press the Down arrow button to see “reset”.
c. Enter the encoded MAC address.
d. Press the MENU button again.
e. Wait for phone reboot and the LCD backlight finish flashing.
For later firmware version
a. Press the MENU button for Key Pad Menu options.
b. Press the Down arrow button to see “config”.
c. Press the Down arrow button to see “Factory Reset”.
d. Press the Left arrow button to enter the MAC address field
e. Enter the encoded MAC address.
f. Press the MENU button.
g. Press the MENU button again.
h. Wait for phone reboot and the LCD backlight finish flashing.
HandyTones
Step 1: Find the MAC address of the device. It is a 12 digits HEX number located on the bottom of the unit.

Step 3: Access the voice menu by pressing *** or the LED button, then dial “99” and get the voice prompt “RESET”
Step 4: Key in the encoded MAC address decimal digits after hear the IVR prompt. Once the correct encoded MAC address is entered, the device will reboot automatically and restore the factory default setting.

Polycom

To get into the web interface, the default username/password is "Polycom"/"456" (Note that this does not work with Safari 1.2.2.)
To get into the Admin interface on the hard phone, the password is "456". (Prior to v1.3.1, the web interfaces to the phone uses "Polycom"/"SpIp" as the username/password.)
The "user password" (not used much) defaults to "123".
Use the admin interface via the keypad to access the reset menu and use both reset options
